The Committee on Financial Services met in open session to consider the following measures:

Task Force to Investigate Terrorism Financing Resolution of 2016 was AGREED TO by a voice vote.

H.R. 3700, the “Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2015” was AGREED TO, as amended, by a recorded vote of 44 ayes and 10 nays (FC-76).

An amendment in the nature of a substitute offered by Mr. Luetkemeyer, no. 1, was AGREED TO, as amended, by a voice vote.

An amendment to the amendment in the nature of a substitute offered by Mr. Luetkemeyer, no. 1a, was AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 43 ayes and 10 nays (FC-74).

An amendment to the amendment in the nature of a substitute offered by Ms. Waters, no. 1b, was NOT AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 21 ayes and 32 nays (FC-75).

H.R. 3791, a bill to raise the consolidated assets threshold under the small bank holding company policy statement, and for other purposes, was AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 33 ayes and 21 nays (FC-77).

H.R. 2287, the “National Credit Union Administration Budget Transparency Act” was AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 40 ayes and 16 nays (FC-78).
