H.R. 2901, the “Flood Insurance Market Parity and Modernization Act” was AGREED TO, as amended, by a recorded vote of 53 ayes and 0 nays (FC-95).

An amendment in the nature of a substitute offered by Mr. Ross, no. 1, was AGREED TO by a voice vote.

H.R. 2121, the “SAFE Transitional Licensing Act of 2015” was AGREED TO, as amended, by a recorded vote of 56 ayes and 0 nays (FC-96).

An amendment in the nature of a substitute offered by Mr. Stivers, no. 1, was AGREED TO by a voice vote.

H.R. 2896, the “Taking Account of Institutions with Low Operation Risk Act of 2015” was AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 34 ayes and 22 nays (FC-97).

H.R. 4096, the “Investor Clarity and Bank Parity Act” was AGREED TO by a voice vote.
