The Committee on Financial Services met in open session to consider the following measures:

H.R. 1511, the “Homeless Children and Youth Act of 2017” was AGREED TO, as amended, by a recorded vote of 39 ayes and 18 nays (FC-194).

An amendment offered by Mr. Stivers, no. 1, was AGREED TO by a voice vote.

An amendment offered by Ms. Waters, no. 2, was NOT AGREED TO, as amended by unanimous consent, by a recorded vote of 23 ayes and 34 nays (FC-193).

H.R. 2069, the “Fostering Stable Housing Opportunities Act of 2017” was AGREED TO, as amended, by a recorded vote of 34 ayes and 23 nays (FC-196).

An amendment in the nature of a substitute offered by Mr. Duffy, no. 1, was AGREED TO by a voice vote. 

An amendment to the amendment in the nature of a substitute offered by Ms. Waters, no. 1a, was NOT AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 23 ayes and 34 nays (FC-195).

H.R. 5036, the “Financial Technology Protection Act” was AGREED TO, as amended, by a recorded vote of 57 ayes and 0 nays (FC-197).

H.R. 6332, the “Improving Strategies to Counter Weapons Proliferation Act” was AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 56 ayes and 0 nays (FC-198).
