Media Advisory: Hensarling to Make Case for Financial CHOICE Act at Heritage Foundation


 

Washington, June 21, 2016 -

WASHINGTON – House Financial Services Committee Chairman Jeb Hensarling (R-TX) will discuss the Financial CHOICE Act – the Republican plan to replace the Dodd-Frank Act and promote economic growth – at the Heritage Foundation on Thursday, June 23.  The event – entitled “The Case Against Dodd-Frank: How the ‘Consumer Protection’ Law Endangers Americans” – is open to the press.  The Chairman’s remarks will begin at approximately 9 a.m. EDT, but reporters planning to cover the speech should arrive early and RSVP. The speech will take place at The Heritage Foundation, 214 Massachusetts Ave NE, in the Allison Auditorium.
