The CFPB should spend less time collecting data on citizens and more time collecting data on Bank operations and how they have damaged citizens. Example: I have requested a home equity line from M&T Bank twice and both times they told me not to apply at there bank. They won't even take my application and they did this in writing. They have no respect for consumer laws.
