An amendment offered by Ms. Waters, no. 2, was NOT AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 5 ayes to 13 nays, CM-20.
H.R. 1062 – The Burdensome Data Collection Relief Act was AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 20 ayes to 12 nays, CM-26.
An amendment offered by Ms. Waters, no. 1, was NOT AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 13 ayes to 19 nays, CM-23.

A motion offered by Mr. Schweikert to table Mr. Ackerman's appeal of the ruling of the Chair was AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 5 ayes to 2 nays, CM-21.
 
Mr. Ackerman made a unanimous consent request that the vote (CM-21) on the Motion to Table the appeal of the ruling of the Chair be void and the question be put to a vote again, which was granted.
