The Committee on Financial Services met in open session to consider the following measures:

H.R. 5715, the “No Ex-Im Assistance for Terrorism Act” was AGREED TO, as amended, by a recorded vote of 32 ayes and 21 nays (FC-122).

An amendment offered by Mr. Sherman, no. 1, was AGREED TO, as amended by unanimous consent, by a voice vote.

An amendment offered by Mr. Heck, no. 2, was RULED NONGERMANE.  A Motion to Table the appeal of the ruling of the Chair was AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 22 ayes and 11 nays (FC-121).

H.R. 5711, a bill to prohibit the Secretary of the Treasury from authorizing certain transactions by a U.S. financial institution in connection with the export or re-export of a commercial passenger aircraft to the Islamic Republic of Iran, was AGREED TO, as amended, by a recorded vote of 33 ayes and 21 nays (FC-123).

An amendment offered by Mr. Huizenga, no. 1, was AGREED TO by a voice vote.

H.R. 5729, a bill to prohibit the Secretary of the Treasury from issuing certain licenses in connection with the export or re-export of a commercial passenger aircraft to the Islamic Republic of Iran, to require annual reports by the Secretary of the Treasury and the Export-Import Bank on financing issues related to the sale or lease of such a commercial passenger aircraft or spare parts for such an aircraft, and for other purposes, was AGREED TO, as amended, by a recorded vote of 33 ayes and 21 nays (FC-124).

An amendment offered by Mr. Pittenger, no. 1, was AGREED TO by a voice vote.

An amendment offered en bloc by Mr. Sherman, no. 2, was WITHDRAWN.
