H.R. 1588, the "Consumer Rental Purchase Agreement Act" (as reported by the Subcommittee on Financial Institutions) was AGREED TO, as amended, by a recorded vote of 33 ayes and 21 nays, FC-80.

H.R. 3128, a bill to amend the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act to adjust the date on which consolidated assets are determined for purposes of exempting certain instruments of smaller institutions from capital deductions, was AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 35 ayes to 15 nays, FC-77.
