The Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations will meet in open session to consider a resolution authorizing the issuance of subpoenas to compel the testimony of:
M. Stacey Bach, Assistant Director, Office of Equal Employment Opportunity Employment, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (“CFPB”);
Liza Strong, Director of Employee Relations, CFPB; and
Benjamin Konop, Executive Vice President, National Treasury Employees Union Chapter 335.
