H.R. 432, the “SBIC Advisers Relief Act of 2015” was AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 53 ayes and 0 nays (FC-24).

H.R. 686, the “Small Business Mergers, Acquisitions, Sales, and Brokerage Simplification Act of 2015” was AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 36 ayes and 24 nays (FC-26).

An amendment offered by Mr. Sherman, no. 1, was NOT AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 26 ayes and 33 nays (FC-25).
