The Committee on Financial Services met in open session to consider the following measures:

H.R. 2769, the “Risk-Based Capital Study Act of 2015” was AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 50 ayes and 9 nays (FC-60).

An amendment offered by Mr. Heck, no. 1, was RULED NONGERMANE.

Motion to table the appeal of the ruling of the Chair was AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 28 ayes and 23 nays, (FC-58).

H.R. 957, the “Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection-Inspector General Reform Act of 2015” was AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 56 ayes and 3 nays (FC-61).

H.R. 1090, the “Retail Investor Protection Act” was AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 34 ayes and 25 nays (FC-62).

An amendment offered by Mr. Foster, no. 1, was WITHDRAWN.

An amendment offered by Mr. Lynch, no. 2, was NOT AGREED TO by a voice vote.

H.R. 1266, the “Financial Product Safety Commission Act of 2015" was AGREED TO, as amended, by a recorded vote of 35 ayes and 24 nays (FC-63).

An amendment in the nature of a substitute offered by Mr. Neugebauer, no. 1, was AGREED TO by a voice vote.
