The Committee on Financial Services met in open session to consider the following measures:

H.R. 2683, the “Protecting Veterans Credit Act of 2017” was AGREED TO, as amended, by a recorded vote of 59 ayes and 0 nays (FC-165).

An amendment in the nature of a substitute, no. 1, offered by Mr. Delaney was AGREED TO, as amended, by a voice vote.

An amendment to the amendment in the nature of a substitute, no. 1a, offered by Mr. Delaney was AGREED TO by a voice vote.

H.R. 4861, the “Ensuring Quality Unbiased Access to Loans Act of 2018” was AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 34 ayes and 26 nays (FC-167).

An amendment offered by Mr. Ellison, no. 1, was NOT AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 26 ayes and 33 nays (FC-166).

H.R. 5076, the “Small Bank Exam Cycle Improvement Act of 2018” was AGREED TO, as amended, by a recorded vote of 60 ayes and 0 nays (FC-168).

An amendment offered by Ms. Waters, no. 1, was AGREED TO by a voice vote.

H.R. 5082, the “Practice of Law Technical Clarification Act of 2018” was AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 35 ayes and 25 nays (FC-169).

H.R. 4659, a bill to require the appropriate Federal banking agencies to recognize the exposure-reducing nature of client margin for cleared derivatives, was AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 44 ayes and 16 nays (FC-170).

H.R. 4790, a bill to amend the Volcker rule to give the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System sole rulemaking authority, to exclude community banks from the requirements of the Volcker rule, and for other purposes, was AGREED TO, as amended, by a recorded vote of 50 ayes and 10 nays (FC-171).
