Hearing Schedule for the Week of July 6
Committee to Hold Dodd-Frank Five-Year Anniversary Hearings Throughout the Month of July

Washington, July 7, 2015 - WASHINGTON- Financial Services Committee Chairman Jeb Hensarling (R-TX) today announced the committee’s hearing schedule for the week of July 6th.

Wednesday, July 8 at 1:00 P.M.- A Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit Subcommittee hearing to examine the designation and regulation of Bank Holding Company SIFIs.

Witnesses:

Thursday, July 9 at 10:00 A.M. – The first in a series of Full Committee hearings to examine the Dodd-Frank Act on its five-year anniversary. This hearing will focus on the stability of the financial system.

Friday, July 10 at 9:45 A.M.- A Housing and Insurance Subcommittee hearing to conduct oversight of the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Public and Indian Housing Programs. Witnesses will be announced shortly.
