Chairman Hensarling Comments on Treasury’s CFPB Arbitration Rule Report
Washington,
October 23, 2017 -
WASHINGTON –Financial Services Committee Chairman Jeb Hensarling (R-TX) made the following comments about the Treasury Department’s report on the CFPB rule on arbitration:
“Treasury’s report shows that the CFPB is more interested in helping trial lawyers than consumers. The House has already acted to protect consumers from the Bureau’s harmful rule; the Senate should do the same without further delay.”
