The Republican Staff report discusses how the bipartisan JOBS Act came together in a divided government, as well as how the law helped spur capital formation and job creation by reducing regulatory barriers and creating new avenues within our securities laws for small businesses to raise capital. The report also looks ahead to how Congress can build on the JOBS Act’s success to strengthen U.S. public markets and expand opportunities for underrepresented entrepreneurs and investors.

Today at 2:30 pm ET, Republican Leader McHenry will host a roundtable to mark the tenth anniversary of the JOBS Act. The audio from the roundtable will be livestreamed on YouTube here.
