Place: Rockland County Legislature, 11 New Hempstead Road, New City, NY 10956
 
Note: This field hearing will take place in New City, New York. No in-person viewing opportunities will be available in Washington, D.C. The hearing will be available for viewing on the committee website and YouTube page.
