Here's what's happening: On Tuesday morning at 10 a.m., the Oversight & Investigations Subcommittee undertakes a general overview of disparate impact theory. And in the afternoon, at 1:30 p.m., the Housing & Insurance Subcommittee reviews the implementation of the Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Act of 2012. Addressing the lack of oversight and accountability at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the full committee will markup the following CFPB reform legislation on Wednesday at 10 a.m:
