H.R. 742, the "Swap Data Repository and Clearinghouse Indemnification Correction Act of 2013" was AGREED TO by a recorded vote of 52 ayes to 0 nays (FC-9).

H.R. 1341, the "Financial Competitive Act of 2013" was AGREED TO, as amended, by a recorded vote of 59 ayes to 0 nays (FC-10).
